Banquet Harbor

Terms of Service

Last updated October 28, 2026

Draft for review: this text has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and may change before Banquet Harbor is offered commercially.

These terms cover the use of Banquet Harbor (“the Service”) by venues and their staff (“you”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. What the Service does

Banquet Harbor helps venues answer event inquiries, prepare and negotiate offers, collect contracts and event details, and produce internal documents such as Group Resumes and BEOs. Some text is drafted with AI; you decide what is sent unless you turn on automatic sending for your venue.

2. Your account and team

3. Your content and your clients' data

4. AI-drafted text and automatic sending

5. Contracts and e-signatures

Contract wording comes from you. The Service records signatures (typed name, consent, time, IP address and a fingerprint of the text) but does not give legal advice; have your own lawyer review your contract terms.

6. Acceptable use

7. Fees

Paid plans are billed as agreed in your order or plan page. Fees are not refundable for partial periods unless the law requires it.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure but don't promise it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features; we'll give notice of changes that materially reduce what you pay for.

9. Ending

You may stop using the Service at any time. On request we will export or delete your venue's data, except what we must keep by law.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
